FUTURE OF FUELING CLEAN ENERGY

Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the world. Hydrogen is a clean fuel that does not produce harmful emissions, making it a strong candidate for a net zero future. Hydrogen can be produced using various renewable sources such as wind, solar or hydropower making it a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.

As the world moves towards lower-carbon alternatives, hydrogen represents the most viable and cleaner fuel source in various energy sectors.

KEY FEATURES HYDROGEN FACTS

    Hydrogen Injection Catalyst (HIC)

    Harnessing Hydrogen Combustion

Hexegen’s Hydrogen Injection Catalyst (HIC) System targets the core problem behind incomplete combustion by removing carbon deposits, promoting a more complete burn, and extending the engine’s life. When hydrogen is injected into an internal combustion engine along with diesel, it leads to several benefits such as an increase in fuel efficiency and a reduction in emissions.

The hydrogen also acts as a catalyst, promoting more complete combustion of the diesel fuel, which in turn results in lower emissions of particulate matter, carbon monoxide, Carbon dioxide and other harmful pollutants. This advantage of injecting hydrogen into diesel engines increases engine power.

At the heart of the system is the electrolyzer, which is responsible for producing hydrogen from distilled water using a small amount of electricity. It is a sealed, self-contained system without moving parts.

      Solutions

      HYDROGEN ENERGY PRODUCTION STORAGE (HEPS)

Excess power is stored in the form of hydrogen in stable, long-term, and low-pressure hydride storage. Hydrogen is then converted back to electricity to meet demand, allowing autonomy from the electrical grid.

Leveraging groundbreaking advances in hydrogen storage using carbon nano hydrides, Hexegen HEPS System is modular, scalable, efficient, safe, and cost-effective.

To help efficiently produce clean electricity, our proprietary fuel cells are a specialized material with a unique carbon nano structure. Hexegen’s fuel cell is an electrochemical cell that converts hydrogen and oxygen into electricity and water. It does not have any moving parts, so it is very quiet and efficient.
